A:We offer 5 years warranty for lifepo4 battery,and 1 years for Nmc battery.
For damaged due to non-human factors, we will refund or send new battery for replacement after providing pictures or videos for evidence.

A:The Battery will be packed in good condition with the thicker PE Foam, then put into the 5 layers drop-resistant carton.
